What we collect

We collect information in two ways, and both start with you:

• What you send us. When you use the contact form, email us, call, or text, we receive whatever you include, typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and your message.
• Basic technical information. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

The typefaces on this site load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google when a page loads.

How we use it

• To respond when you reach out.
• To provide the marketing services you engage us for.
• To send you information you asked for. If we ever send anything recurring, every message will include a way to opt out, and opting out is always honored.
• To meet legal or accounting obligations.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. Your information is not a product here.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers it takes to operate: our website host (which processes contact form submissions), our email provider, and similar tools we use to run the business. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. If we work on your business's behalf inside a platform you authorize (for example, your Google Business Profile or your advertising accounts), we access only what you have granted and only for your work.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and client records for as long as we work together and as long as reasonable business and legal recordkeeping requires. If you want something deleted sooner, ask.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email cedarhousemarketingfirm@gmail.com and we will take care of it promptly. Tennessee residents and residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws, and we honor requests from anyone regardless of where you live.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and its effective date. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly, not buried.
