Agent questions
Real estate marketing, answered.
Does Cedar House Marketing do social media for real estate agents in Nashville?
Yes. Cedar House founder Stephen Strickhausen is a working real estate agent himself, and Whitney Cantrell runs social media and email marketing for agents and realtors through three packages: Social Starter, Social + Content and Digital Marketing. Nashville agents get an in-person monthly content shoot, and agents outside Nashville get a guided filming plan with talking points and shot-by-shot direction, so the posts and newsletters still look and sound like them.
Can Cedar House Marketing manage social media for a business outside Tennessee?
Yes. Partner42, a Google Ads firm in Nebraska, works with Whitney remotely. She builds the monthly strategy, scripts and shot lists, the client films everything in one session and uploads it, and she edits and posts all of it. Local Middle Tennessee businesses can do the same or have content captured in person.
Do I have to be on camera for social media to work?
It helps when an owner or founder shows up, because people trust faces more than logos. It is not the only way. Team members, customers, products and behind-the-scenes footage all make strong reels, and Whitney writes scripts and talking points so anyone who does go on camera knows exactly what to say.
How does a monthly content day work?
Whitney plans the month first: topics, hooks, scripts and a shot list. On filming day the business records everything in one sitting, which usually covers a full month of posts. Whitney then edits, writes captions and schedules the posts, so the owner spends one session on content instead of thinking about it every day.
