How it works
Partner42 is a Google Ads firm in Nebraska. They had no Instagram when they started with Cedar House, so Whitney launched it from the first post and runs it from Tennessee, one month at a time.
The story
No big budget, no blueprint. Just a real brand that had to earn attention and trust.
Whitney Cantrell has spent two decades building things from scratch. After her first decade in sales, marketing, fundraising and events, she founded what grew into Nashville's first multi-service doula agency, scaling it from a solo practice into a team of more than thirty and serving hundreds of families across Middle Tennessee.
That is where she learned marketing the way it actually works. At Cedar House she brings the same instinct to clients' social media and content: the voice, the calendar and the storytelling that keep a brand showing up and sounding human.
Beyond Cedar House, Whitney coaches and champions female-owned businesses, helping women entrepreneurs grow through her signature blend of story and strategy so their businesses feel aligned, focused and sustainable.

Book this →For real estate agents
Social media and email marketing for real estate agents and realtors, handled for you. Whitney builds every month around your listings, your market and your neighborhoods, in person in Nashville or fully remote anywhere else.
Made by an agent, for agents. Cedar House founder Stephen Strickhausen has been a real estate agent in Middle Tennessee since 2007, and he still is. He built his own website, blog and social media from scratch to win clients, and he runs this same playbook in his own business today. You get marketing from people who know what a listing post has to do, what a quiet month feels like, and why your sphere needs to hear from you every month.
Tier 1 · Stay consistent
For agents who capture their own content and need it polished and posted.
Tier 2 · Done for you
For agents who want fresh content created with them every month.
Tier 3 · Social + email
For agents who want to stay top of mind with their whole sphere.
The monthly mix
8 or 12 on-brand posts a month, built around your listings, your market and your neighborhoods.
All you send
New listings, closings, reviews, a few photos and short phone videos. Whitney turns it into the month's posts and, on Tier 3, your newsletter, designed in your branding.
Add-ons: an extra talking-head reel, open house promo posts, or a weekly newsletter instead of monthly.
The work Whitney has done for our socials is better than fantastic, it is EFFECTIVE. We generated brand awareness and got qualified leads. Whitney is thorough, organized, an expert at her craft, and easy to work with. We highly recommend her services for any organization looking to grow their online presence.

Google Ads and PPC management
Partner42 is a Google Ads and PPC firm in Nebraska. Whitney started their Instagram from zero and runs it remotely.

Yes. Cedar House founder Stephen Strickhausen is a working real estate agent himself, and Whitney Cantrell runs social media and email marketing for agents and realtors through three packages: Social Starter, Social + Content and Digital Marketing. Nashville agents get an in-person monthly content shoot, and agents outside Nashville get a guided filming plan with talking points and shot-by-shot direction, so the posts and newsletters still look and sound like them.
Most service businesses do well with a mix of four styles: founder stories that show who is behind the business, education that answers real customer questions, service spotlights that explain one offer clearly, and behind-the-scenes clips that show the team at work. Whitney Cantrell rotates these so a feed feels human and useful instead of like a string of ads.
Yes. Partner42, a Google Ads firm in Nebraska, works with Whitney remotely. She builds the monthly strategy, scripts and shot lists, the client films everything in one session and uploads it, and she edits and posts all of it. Local Middle Tennessee businesses can do the same or have content captured in person.
It helps when an owner or founder shows up, because people trust faces more than logos. It is not the only way. Team members, customers, products and behind-the-scenes footage all make strong reels, and Whitney writes scripts and talking points so anyone who does go on camera knows exactly what to say.
Whitney plans the month first: topics, hooks, scripts and a shot list. On filming day the business records everything in one sitting, which usually covers a full month of posts. Whitney then edits, writes captions and schedules the posts, so the owner spends one session on content instead of thinking about it every day.
